How To Get Involved

This program is for current full time employees who are designated as an ECH with less than 18 months of full time regular JPL employment as of July 1, 2009.

Early Career Hires (ECHs), defined as employees hired directly out of undergraduate and graduate programs with less than three years of experience.

Steps to apply . . .

1. Talk to your group supervisor about your interest in Phaeton and availability
2. Submit an application located on the left navigation bar
3. If application is accepted we'll contact you to schedule an interview
